In Plot, open the draft line that won — an alternate ending, a room rewrite, or a table-read version that beat Main. That is the source. You will incorporate it into the line you keep living in, usually Main.

Open the draft line that won
Open version history and choose Incorporate into… then select your target — usually Main. Plot opens a locked whole-document preview. Nothing has landed yet. Today the preview is the whole document.

Review the whole-document preview
Read the preview — scenes moved, dialogue rewritten, not character noise. Then click Incorporate. That confirmation is what lands the source onto the line you keep. If you only wanted one scene rewritten, that work should have been a take or Agent Mode.

Incorporate already names a save point on the landed draft — usually Incorporated plus the source line. Use that moment. A second save on the same pages does not add a new baseline.

Leave the source draft line for reference or delete it once incorporated. Your history stays searchable either way.
