Measure who carries a screenplay's dialogue, effective speaking-cast size, top-speaker concentration, and dialogue-scene mix.
How to use the readout
Use Fountain text or choose a Fountain / Final Draft file.
Read speaking-character count beside effective cast, then inspect how much of the dialogue the top one, three and five speakers carry.
Review the ranked dialogue-turn bars and the share of dialogue scenes with one, two, or three-plus speakers before deciding what the structure means for the rewrite.
Use the readout as a rewrite note, then keep the draft, revisions, and writing tools together in Plot.
