Ghost text offers short inline completions ahead of your cursor when you pause -- a drafting aid for flow, not a structured rewrite of finished pages. Accept a suggestion with Right Arrow; dismiss it with Escape. Unaccepted ghost text never becomes part of the draft you keep or share with the room.
Tab stays reserved for Fountain element cycling in Plot. Never use Tab to take a ghost suggestion; that key moves between scene heading, action, dialogue, and the rest of the element set. Keeping those jobs separate prevents a completion from stealing a format keystroke mid-scene.
