Three things writers ask about their data, each with the setting or page that answers it. The [privacy policy](https://www.inkwell.software/privacy) is the formal version.

## Who can read a script

- You, and the people you invite with a role — see [Invite people](https://www.inkwell.software/help/sharing/members-and-roles).
- Anyone holding a live share link, to the extent the link allows — see [Share links](https://www.inkwell.software/help/sharing/share-links). Revoking the link ends that.

## Exporting everything

Settings → Profile → **Export my data** produces a JSON archive of everything in your account — projects, save points, notes, feedback, chats, and profile. To take a script into another tool, [export it as PDF, FDX, or Fountain](https://www.inkwell.software/help/writing/export-pdf-fdx-fountain).

## Analytics settings

Open **Settings → Accessibility** and find **Privacy**. The two switches control different kinds of measurement:

- **Product analytics** controls feature-usage measurement.
- **AI request analytics** helps us troubleshoot and improve AI features using request and usage data. We don’t use your writing or AI responses to train AI models.

> **Note: Leaving**
>
> Deleting the account removes every project and cannot be undone; export first. See [Delete your account](https://www.inkwell.software/help/account/delete-your-account).

## What next

- [Delete your account](https://www.inkwell.software/help/account/delete-your-account): Export what you want to keep, hand over anything shared, then delete the account.
- [Share a script with a link](https://www.inkwell.software/help/sharing/share-links): Create a read-only link to a specific version, decide what readers may do with it, and watch what they read — then revoke it when the draft moves on.
- [Invite people to a project or workspace](https://www.inkwell.software/help/sharing/members-and-roles): Add collaborators with the role that fits — editor, commenter, or viewer — accept an invitation, and manage a Team workspace's members and seats.
